Initial 2.5 hour appointment is an analysis of bonding and conflict patterns revealing unresolved issues starting in childhood that repeat in adulthood. Suggestions given from a systematic Love Sex Trust ™ approach are built for momentum. Helping you to resolve, not just cope. Fulfill your true potential by breaking the cycle of intergenerational issues.
Blending psycho-dynamic, object relations, somatic, trauma informed, some elements of EMDR, guided imagery, performance psychology and solution oriented theories. Focus first on "why" then a strategy for "what's next?" Continue on your own, with an ala carte or idealized design approach.
Consulting - Virtual
2 hour appointments, once a month, with a renewable 3 month commitment. Helping you to resolve, not just cope. Increase accountability to create your ideal professional, personal or couple life. Couples must start with Initial Couples Couseling. Set goals, stay focused, establish personal integrity and track progress.Fulfill your true potential by breaking the cycle of intergenerational issues.
